A Virtual Office affords you the convenience of having an office location without paying the price that comes with everyday use.

For as little as $75 per month, you will get the following:

  • A private phone line answered from 8:30am to 5:00pm by Ayanna, Joni, or Kathy (each has done this for over 9 years, and will know enough about your business to come across as your personal secretary, NOT an answering service!).
  • A full mailing address; "not a P.O. Box".
  • Access to 16 hours per month use of our conference room, day office, or drop in office at the discounted rate of $20 per hour.
  • Daily access to our work room and all the equipment in it (hole punchers, paper cutters, staplers, etc.)
  • From 5pm until 8:30 am and weekends the calls will go to your voicemail or be forwarded to a place of your choosing.
  • Access to our lunchroom and our refreshments (coffee, etc) for you and your visitors at no additional cost.
  • Your visitors professionally greeted by Joni, Kathy, or Ayanna (if you give us their name ahead of time we'll greet them by name!)

For a total price of $175 per month you will get all of the above plus eight hours use of conference room or day office INCLUDED.
